Creamy CINNAMON & BANANA porridge

40g rolled oats

200ml cashew milk

1 banana, sliced

 

Toppings:

1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon

1 tsp almond butter

Blueberries

Raw bee pollen

 

Directions:

In a saucepan, mix the oats, cinnamon, cashew milk and the sliced banana.

Bring to the boil and stir continuously.

Turn down the heat and cook for 5 minutes

Let it cool and then add cinnamon, almond butter, blueberries and the bee pollen

Enjoy!

NOTE: *always use raw bee pollen on cold, room temperature foods as its nutritional value started to degrade once exposed to heat*
