Gluten free BIRCHER MUESLI

Overnight oats:

⅓ cup gluten free oats

½ teaspoon ground Ceylon cinnamon

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup freshly squeezed apple juice

 

Toppings:

Blueberries

Redcurrants

Papaya “pearls” (use an ice-cream scoop)

Raw bee pollen

 

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon, vanilla extract and the apple juice and mix until completely combined.

Cover the bowl with a lid and leave in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, add the topping to the overnight oats. If the oats are too thick, also stir in a little milk of choice.
