Sweet potato BROWNIES


3 medium sweet potatoes

2 bananas

2 dates

100g  ground raw almonds

200g  ground oats

1 tbs coconut oil

6 tablespoons of raw cacao powder

pinch of bicarbonate of soda

pinch of salt



Raw organic honey

Raw organic bee pollen



Pre-heating the oven to 180C

Peel the sweet potatoes, chop and place them into a steamer for about 15-20 minutes, until soft.

Add them to a food processor with the pitted dates and mix. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend again

Place into a baking dish greased with coconut oil and cook for about 50 minutes.

Remove the brownies from the tray and leave them to cool at least 20 minutes before adding the raw honey and bee pollen!

Cut them into squares and enjoy!
