Thai Ginger Soup with Cashews and Raw Bee Pollen

Happy New Year!

Here’s a quick and nourishing recipe to help start off this beautiful New Year in a fresh and vibrant way!



500ml water

1 carrot

1 slice cabbage

1 stick celery

1 slice bee pepper

1 piece courgette

1 spring onion

1 slice lemon, unpeeled

1/2 garlic clove

1 piece fresh ginger root

1 piece fresh turmeric root

1 slice chilli

100g cashews

10g fresh coriander

10g raw bee pollen



Place all ingredients into a blender. Start the machine and slowly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 5 minutes until gets warm and becomes creamy and smooth. Serve straight away!
