2 cups oat flour (made from oat flakes)
1/2 cup whole hemp seeds
2 ripe bananas
2 tsp cinnamon powder (grind it fresh from the sticks)
1 tbs coconut oil
1 cup water or any milk of choice
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
dash of sea salt
Blend it all together using a food processor or a blender until smooth
When your waffle iron is hot, pour out enough batter (around 1/3 cup per waffle) to cover the waffle iron on each side.
Bake for around 8 minutes or until very golden brown and crispy.
If you don’t have a waffle maker use a non-stick pan
Raw bee pollen
Let the waffles cool down completely before adding raw bee pollen.
Use any topping of choice, sometimes I love to add almond butter too, seeds, more fruits, etc.
