INGREDIENTS
Organic raw propolis extract [distilled water*, organic raw propolis extract (30%)], organic sage leaf extract, sea salt*, organic raw honey.

DIRECTIONS
Ensure you are well hydrated before taking any RAW bee product. If new to raw propolis start small amounts and gradually increase your dose. It could be taken on its own or diluted in a little water. Shake well before each use.
Adults and children over the age of 1 year Rotate the actuator to a 90-degree angle and place the nozzle inside the mouth, pointing towards the back of the throat and press the pump. Daily serving suggestions is 1ml and each single spray is 0.20ml. Therefore, take 1 spray at 5 intervals throughout the day or 1 single serving of 5 sprays once a day or when needed.
DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IF ALLERGIC TO BEE STINGS OR TO ANY BEE PRODUCTS
Not suitable during pregnancy as it contains sage.

Bought this for my 17 month old daughter who seems to be experiencing hay-fever and I am so impressed with it. Its significantly reduced her wheezing chest, the cough has disappeared after just two days of use! The only slight downside is that she doesn't like the taste much. I don't mind the taste, its premium quality propolis for sure, I am excited to try other RawPot products :)
Amazing product! It really helped my husband when he had covid19. My whole family used it and whenever I feel my throat is feeling itchy or discomfort at times just 2 squirts does the trick. Thank you so much
I'm completely sorry for my silliness. I removed the nozzle, therefore, the product was not getting pumped out correctly. Thanks to the excellent customer service, Ana sent me a video and I found my nozzle... :))))

The ingredients, customer service and quick delivery of products and excellent packaging I can't fault. I'm not too happy about the spray pump! I can't master it and when I spray the ingredients doesn't spray out but pours out on to the bottle and my clothes. I think the liquid is too heavy for the pump to spray out... If you could improve the design I would be grateful as it breaks my heart that I'm wasting this product as it drips out.
