We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours (Monday – Friday). Please allow another 1-2 working days for delivery.
Delivery and shipping prices depend on the value of your order and delivery options will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays, especially during busy times.
Payment is taken as you place your order, so you will be charged at the rate advertised at the point of ordering. Please note the Flat Rate shipping to the UK will not change, regardless of how many items you order.
Orders from within the UK:
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Delivery.
UK FREE Royal Mail 24 Tracked Delivery (order value above £40) – £0.00
UK Royal Mail 25 Tracked Delivery (order value below £40) – £4.50

Please note, any orders placed over the weekend or bank holiday, will not be processed until the next working day.
Orders outside UK:
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange deliveries outside UK (due to the frozen state of our products).
QUALITY & RETURNS
Getting your Raw Pots to you in perfect condition is essential to us. Should anything occur and you are not happy with the condition of the items you are receiving, please email us straight away at email@example.com and will do our best to solve any issue.
Please note no claim for damage or deterioration after delivery can be accepted, unless we are informed straight away. Nor can we accept any responsibility for quality deterioration due to the following delivery problems:
Delayed deliveries due to weather conditions
Parcels to recipients who are unable to receive them
Raw Pot Ltd retains all rights of ownership and possession of the goods until full payment has been received.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to process exchanges and/or returns, except for quality issues.
Our couriers take 1-2 working days to deliver to most of the UK.
We do our best to deliver on the date you have requested but at busy times of the year delivery times can be extended. Please ensure that delivery address is correct as we cannot be responsible for missed deliveries due to an incorrect address.
For any special delivery requirements please include these in the order notes.
Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order, but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.
If you wish to cancel your order you need to contact us ASAP. You may cancel an order as long as we receive the notification before it has been processed for delivery.
