DIRECTIONS
Ensure you are well hydrated before taking any RAW bee product due to their high potency. If new to raw honey start small amounts and gradually increase your dose.
Adults and children over the age of 1 year Use to taste.
For apitherapy use, add organic raw bee pollen and/or organic raw royal jelly and keep refrigerated.
Topical use: It can be used as face mask in beauty regimes: apply a thin layer on the skin. Leave it on for min 30 minutes or more and then rinse it off with warm water.
