DIRECTIONS
If new to raw bee products start with small amounts and gradually increase your dose. Ensure you are well hydrated before taking any RAW bee product due to their high potency.
Adults: Serving suggestion is 5-10ml (1-2tsp), 2 to 3 times daily as required. Take 1 serving per day. This pack contains between 15-30 servings.

Use on its own or add it to:
