DIRECTIONS
If new to raw bee products start with small amounts and gradually increase your dose. Ensure you are well hydrated before taking any RAW bee product due to their high potency.
Adults: Daily serving suggestion is 10ml (2tsp) Take 1 serving per day.
Children over the age of 1: 1/2tsp daily

I was expecting it to be a darker colour but its quite clear/yellow, not too thick. The flavour was delicious. I've tried a pure propolis all my life and it's super dark, that is why I was expecting it that colour. (I just run out of the usual and very difficult to get it in the UK) Not too bad. I liked it, and best of all, it clear a nasty cough in a couple of days.
It helped my sore throat and chest, it also tastes lovely.
