Free from alcohol, propylene glycol, glycerine, colourings and any other additives and preservatives.
Ensure you are well hydrated before taking any RAW bee product due to their high potency.
If new to raw propolis start small amounts and gradually increase your dose. It could be taken on its own or diluted in a little water.
Shake well before use.
Adults and children over the age of 1 year
Daily serving suggestions is 1ml and each single spray is 0.20ml. Therefore, take 1 spray at 5 intervals throughout the day or 1 single serving of 5 sprays once a day or when needed.
Take one serving once a day.
